Delivery and returns policy.
We offer FREE postage and packaging (Delivery) on all orders over £45 in the UK Mainland only.
We are pleased to inform you that we currently delivery to most countries worldwide. Delivery / Shipping costs are calculated at checkout prior to payment.
If your country does not appear on the list, please contact us for further information and we will do our best to help.
We will do our best to get you order to you as quickly as possible and on time. We guarantee that you haven't received your order in an appropriate timescale that we will resend your order at no extra cost. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
All orders are processed, hand gift-wrapped and posted to you within 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times are additional to the dispatch period, but we do aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours where at all possible.

Import Fees & Other Charges
Import duties, taxes and any other charges for orders outside of the UK are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility to pay if applicable. Please check with local customs office prior to placing your order if you are unsure.
Order Changes
Please try to make sure you are happy with your order before placing. Whilst we will help when we can, we cannot guarantee any changes to orders once they have been placed. If you do need to amend an order, please email hello@soulfocus.co as soon as possible and if the order hasn't been dispatched, then we will be more than happy to amend for you.
Pre-Ordered Products
If you have placed an order including a product that is a pre-order product, we will send your whole order together once all items are ready to be dispatched. This is to reduce the postage and packaging costs and environmental impact. If you wish to receive a part of your order sooner, please specify at checkout in the notes section or order items separately.
Please note that whilst we will try to do our best to get pre-ordered items to you by the dates given on our website, this is occasionally not possible as some delays regarding delivery, customs and production are out of our control. We will keep you updated on your order and send you delivery information as soon as we possibly can. I’m sure you will agree that our products are worth the wait.
Returns
All our planners, guides and journals are hand gift-wrapped with care and attention to detail; these are delivered to its destined location with lots of love.
If you wish to return your items, please email hello@soulfocus.co with your reason for return within 14 days of receipt and wait for your authorisation email. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund. All items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us straight away with your order number and photos and a replacement order will be sent out to you within 2 working days.
Please note that Soul Focus gift cards are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for payment of goods via the Soul Focus online store. If you wish to return these good, the payment will be reapplied to a gift card for you to use at a future date.
Payments
You can make payments securely through our store (powered by Shopify) using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal.
You can also use a Soul Focus gift card code.
